Wild-Fermented Nourishment
What We Offer
Baked slow and rooted in ancestral practice and shaped by time. Oour sourdough is made through wild fermentation and patient process. Each loaf is mixed, rested, and baked in small batches — not rushed, not forced, and never mass-produced.
This is bread in its oldest, truest form.
Our sourdough begins with a living starter — wild yeast and bacteria cultivated over time and cared for daily. Through long fermentation and simple ingredients, each loaf develops naturally, creating depth of flavor, texture, and character that can’t be replicated by shortcuts.
We bake for nourishment, not perfection. For rhythm, not speed. For everyday life.
Wild fermentation is the heart of our bread.
Naturally leavened. Slowly fermented. Thoughtfully baked.
Our process relies on time rather than additives. Long fermentation allows the dough to develop flavor and structure naturally, resulting in bread that feels grounded, honest, and alive.
No commercial yeast.
No unnecessary fillers.
Just flour, water, salt, and time.
Traditional Sourdough Loaves
+ -Wild-fermented and baked in small batches. Spring water. Stone-milled flour. Ancient sea salt. Three ingredients, nothing more. Grain milled fresh for each loaf, ground slow to preserve what's vital. A living starter cultivated over time, dough folded by hand, slow fermentation that develops what can't be rushed. This is bread as it was meant to be—simple, nourishing, honest. No additives, no shortcuts. Just the old way of making what sustains. What the body knows.
Seasonal Sourdough Loaves
+ -Wild-fermented sourdough folded with what serves the bread, thoughtful additions chosen to complement and nourish. Each element is selected deliberately, allowed to transform through slow fermentation alongside the dough. The same living culture, the same patient rise, but rendered with layers. What we add nourishes, complements, becomes part of something greater than the sum. Only what nourishes. Everything considered.
Sweet Mornings
+ -Sweet things for slow mornings, made from the same living culture. Wild-fermented and rolled with warmth and spice, finished with a delicate crust. Whole ingredients, slow fermentation, time to develop what can't be rushed. Nothing added, nothing taken away—only what the dough knows how to become.
Sourdough Information
Wild fermented. Small batch. Rooted in practice.
What to Expect
+ -Because our sourdough is wild fermented and handmade, no two loaves are exactly alike.
You may notice: Irregular shape and natural crust variation, uneven crumb structure with both open and denser areas, tang that shifts from mild to pronounced depending on fermentation, color variation from bake to bake.
These are not flaws — they’re the marks of real bread.
Availability
+ -Our sourdough is available through local pickup and select local markets only. We travel often, and sourdough may be available in the places we’re staying along the way. Locations, dates, and offerings are shared as they unfold.
Storage & Enjoyment
+ -Sourdough is best enjoyed fresh but keeps well when cared for properly.
For short-term storage, keep bread cut-side down on a board or wrapped loosely in a clean cloth. For longer storage, slice and freeze, then toast as needed.
This bread is made to be eaten, shared, and returned to.
Note on Care
+ -Our bread is baked fresh to order with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of what we make.If there’s an issue with the interior of your loaf, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or market purchase with clear photos of the loaf and crumb.Natural variations are part of wild fermentation and are not grounds for refund or replacement.
