Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped from Texas. Processing times vary by product type and are outlined below.
We do our best to ship orders promptly and with care. If you need an order by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing at saltfolk.co@gmail.com and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Sourdough Bread (Local Pickup & Markets Only)
Our bread is baked fresh to order with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of what we make.
If there’s an issue with the interior of your loaf, please contact us at saltfolk.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup or market purchase and include:
- A photo of the full loaf showing our packaging and label
- A photo of the interior crumb
Please note:
Natural variations in sourdough — including uneven holes, denser areas, varying crumb structure, tangy or sour flavor, a thicker crust, irregular shape, or color variation — are all part of wild fermentation and artisan bread-making and are not considered defects.
Personal taste preferences are not grounds for refund or replacement.
Pre-loved Clothing (United States)
We currently offer $10 Flat Rate shipping for all domestic orders. We ship with USPS. Please allow 1-3 business days for Salt Folk Co. to process and ship your order, and 3-7 business days for delivery.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Skincare & Selected Goods (United States)
We currently ship skincare and selected goods within the United States.
- $10 flat-rate shipping on domestic orders
- Orders are shipped via USPS
- Please allow 2-4 business days for processing,
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense
- Once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address, Salt Folk Co. cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at saltfolk.co@gmail.com with photo documentation so we can assist to the best of our ability.
Returns & Refunds (Shipping Overview)
Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final.
- Sourdough bread is non-returnable and non-refundable
- Skincare, selected goods, and pre-loved clothing are final sale
If there is an issue with a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to our Returns & Care Policy for next steps and timelines.
