Tallow is biocompatible by nature, closely mirroring the skin's own lipid structure. Prickly pear seed oil carries vitamin K and E, supporting healing and repairing of the skin. Suggested Use

Warm a small amount between the fingertips and press gently into clean skin. Apply to the face, body, or anywhere the skin is asking to be nourished. Best on slightly damp skin. A little goes a long way. Made for every part of this chapter, held and adored.

Additional Notes

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight. This balm is made without stabilizers, texture may shift with temperature.

Like the earth they come from, our balms naturally respond to temperature. If your balm arrives warmed after a journey, place it in the refrigerator for ten minutes, then let it return to room temperature before opening. This is simply the nature of ingredients kept close to their original form.

Regenerative Suet Tallow

/ Bos Taurus / one of the oldest forms of skin nourishment, rendered in-house from regenerative, grass-fed + grass-finished kidney suet. naturally abundant in oleic, palmitic + stearic acids, fatty acids also found among the lipids of human skin. rich in form + deeply emollient, it conditions dry skin, replenishes surface lipids + forms a protective layer that helps hold moisture close.

Born from a desire to return to slower rhythms and from a love for art and form.

Murphy Wren is our firstborn. This balm is named for her and everything it holds.

She came into the world with skin that reacted to nearly everything it touched. We tried what was available and found nothing that answered. So we turned to what the earth had always offered in abundance, like the way wildflowers return each season. In the middle of the night rising, the milk-warm skin, the weight of a small body that needs you before you have fully found yourself that day. We know that season. We lived it. And we wanted something mineral rich, whole, and designed for those moments, for new skin and for the hands that nurture it.

Wren exists for the smallest among us. For skin that is just beginning. For bodies adorned with nothing but what the earth provides, significant in their smallness, asking only to be held and nourished and met where they are.

The earth speaks in abundance. This balm was made to bring that abundance to the most delicate skin among us.

Every batch begins with her. From our family to yours, carried with everything we have learned and everything we still are learning.
